Picked up a slightly larger order last week .... One menu was completely missing (except for the drink) Otherwise there was a lack of ketchup or mayonnaise, that wasn't so tragic ... but this time the complete menu ... This was my last order at McDonald's Lebach!

Forget the toys, the drink and the dessert in the HappyMeal ... nothing more with "happy"

As always: good, fast and inexpensive

If you drive through the drive and order more than 2 things, make sure to check something that is often forgotten ....

Ordering and payment was very friendly, hence the two stars. Food distribution at the McDrive was very unfriendly and hectic. It is waved around with the straw in front of the nose because as a customer you don't get things up quickly enough. Which is really very unfriendly. Then you know in a friendly manner that you are not that fast ("Sorry, I wasn't that fast now") and then you get the nuggets and citizens served mashed together with the bag. Today's guy at the output clearly missed his job. That's disgusting.

Today, while I was waiting for my order (via the app), a service attendant informed me that I couldn't just sit down without eating something. When I said that I had already ordered something 20 minutes ago and had also received the receipt, the answer I received was that this was not true and that I should come to the checkout to clarify it. During this dialogue, another service person brought my order to me. Find the mistake! There was no apology, but the advice that I could not sit for three hours again, I would take the other guests' seats. At the time, three tables were completely free and no one at the till - exactly my sense of humor. But there is also something positive to report. The company can do without regular guests these days - I think that's a positive signal for our economy.

Well, like all McDonald's actually. The waiting times in the McDrive are really hell, the staff are probably not always the best.

Staff is overwhelmed and maximally unfriendly. In addition, most of them cannot speak decent German ... food is brought to the table too late and cold ... in the mcdrive, you are unrestrainedly overwhelmed. The branch managers are also the most unfriendly. Disgusting. Not recommendable.

You may like the place, the seats, the view of families in, the staff are really nice, but when you go to a restaurant, the most important thing would be the food, don't take it personally staff there but the fake McDonald's in Syria makes better burgers than yours, I'm sorry but I didn't like the taste.
